Served buffet style on high-grade disposable ware. Minimum 50 people required. Tax and 15% service charge added to all bills. Other available substitutable sides: Starches: Augratin potatoes, sweet potato mash, confetti rice, rice pilaf, wild rice, traditional cornbread stuffing. Vegetables/Salads: X-Mas crunch, garden green, peas, corn, glazed carrots Available Sweets at an additional Price: Cherry, Apple, and Pumpkin Pie, and NY Style Cheese Cake: $2.50 per person. Fresh Turkey Breast
Herbed with a sherry-walnut sauce.
Glazed Ham
Premium pit ham with honey glaze.
Southwest Pork Loin
Marinated in achiote and stuffed with green vegetables. Topped with creamy ancho chili sauce.

Seasoned in a mixture of spices to yield a tender and hearty holiday dish.
